Mr. Emmons is the former Chief of the Nassau County District Attorney’s Commercial Frauds Bureau and the Government and Consumer Frauds Bureau.  He was an Assistant District Attorney for over thirty years, specializing in white collar crime and insurance fraud.  Mr. Emmons is a Professor of Criminal Law at Fordham University, and has also taught at the National College of District Attorneys on crimes against the elderly.
